I have baked all my life, so that was never an issue with me. I would go to my grandmother’s -she used to babysit us- I would go to her house, every single day, me and my siblings, and she was always there, baking, cooking, she had a garden. So I’ve always baked – it’s in my blood. I’m a former restaurateur, so that helps a lot, the fact that I used to own a restaurant years ago in North Carolina. I moved back here to be closer with my family. So I came back, and you know, my friends were reaming me because I couldn’t do the “perfect” biscuit, and so I was just like, “I know how to make biscuits!” and so I got in the kitchen and just started making biscuits, and showcasing them online and the rest is history. Never thought I would go into manufacturing, never even thought I would be going back into food again. It’s something that happened. It was a path that was set out for me, and I kind of just jumped on it. We are America’s first gourmet biscuit company, so that helps a lot too. We were the first one to bring a gourmet biscuit to market. We have over 50 different flavors of sweet and savory, and they can be made into a gluten-free version. They are seasonal so we can rotate them out, I think that’s what makes us so unique, as well, is that we have so many seasonal biscuits. I think this is the best time of the year for us. Wegman’s came… it took about a good year to get into Wegman’s. And QVC, that one started about 2016, and now here we are 2017. We’re doing Amazon as well, so that’s something you’ll see within the next month or two. I’ll be in Walmart starting July 2018. There’s other stores, a lot of other stores, that have expressed interest, that we have not been able to service. We understand we’re not going to be able to do every store… but it would be nice if we could.
